These terms apply when you use the Hussein Experiences website or book an experience through it. By using the site or making a booking, you agree to them.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please check that your details, dates and number of travellers are correct. Each experience is run by a local guide or operator, who may have additional requirements listed on the experience page.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time of booking.

Cancellations and changes

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start time receive a full refund, unless the experience page says otherwise.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are not refunded.
• If we or the operator cancel because of weather, safety or too few travellers, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

Each experience’s own policy is listed in our Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Arrive on time at the meeting point or pickup location.
• Follow your guide’s safety instructions.
• Tell us about any health or accessibility needs before you travel.
• Carry any travel documents required for the experience.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. All content, logos and images remain the property of Hussein Experiences or its partners.

Liability

We take care in choosing the guides and operators we work with, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book applies to that booking.
