Are entrance tickets included?
It depends on the tour. Each tour's page lists exactly what's included and what isn't, so check the Includes section before you book.
What's the difference between a shared and a private tour?
On a shared tour you join a small group of other travellers. A private tour is just you and your group, with your own guide, so the pace and stops can follow you.
Is hotel pickup included?
On many tours, yes. Where pickup is offered, you choose your hotel or pickup point while you book, and the tour page says whether it's included in the price.
Which languages do the guides speak?
Each tour lists its guide languages under About this activity. If you need a language that isn't listed, message us before you book.
Can I bring children?
Most tours welcome children. Age limits and child prices, where they apply, are shown when you choose your guests.
What should I bring?
Comfortable shoes, sun protection and water go a long way in Egypt. Each tour's page has a What to bring list for anything specific.
Can I cancel?
Each tour has its own cancellation policy, shown on its page and in our cancellation policy. Many can be cancelled for free up to a set time before the start.
